Our Sleeping Arrangement

Austin usually sleeps with Monty and I sleep in the room across the hall. We don't have a traditional sleeping situation. There, I said it. Now you know.  

Moving on.

We used to have this sweet set- up in the master bedroom where one king bed was pushed right next to a full size bed. It was awesome! We all had plenty of room to sleep comfortably and not get too hot from too many people in a close space and we were all together at night.

Our new house doesn't have a giant master bedroom. One king size bed kinda fits but we couldn't have nightstands and we were all uncomfortable with three people in a king size bed. We settled on moving the beds into two rooms right next to each other instead of cramming all the beds into one room.  

I do miss having someone to sleep with, while at the same time enjoy having the bed to myself. I was a little bit excited, more like giddy, when Austin came in the room the other night and said, "Luna's being a jerk and won't share the covers and she's growling when I try to take them. Can I sleep with you?"  

Uh, yea! Climb on in! 

It was so nice. So sweet to have my little dude sleep in the bed with me. I miss it.
