Game Theory
2013
The other day Austin threw some history knowledge on me. It went like this:
Austin: Did you know that Stalin killed more people than Hitler?
Me: Um, no I didn't actually know that.
Austin: Yea. Stalin killed 20 Million many people and Hitler killed 12 million.
Me: Wow! I...I didn't know that. When did you learn that?
Austin: From watching Game Theory.
Me: Is that the show where they say, "Game Theory: It's like school, but you learn things?"
Austin: Haha. Yes. So, they were talking about how Mario was actually modeled after Stalin.
Me: Whaaat? Mario? Really? Noooo.
He then went on to tell me all these fascinating facts about Hitler, Stalin, communism, Japan, and Mario. I just listened as he gave me the most interesting history lesson I've ever heard.
Naturally, afterwards we sat down to play some Mario Brothers.
