Cooler Walks

Our poor beautiful Suzi hasn't been walked much in her adult life. Living in Texas she was so miserable outside with her thick, long, black hair. that we didn't walk her much. Not only is it too hot on her back, but the sidewalks can be scorching to her feet. But in San Mateo, CA the weather is cool and crisp and today on our walk I tired out before she did. I'm so happy for her.

We found beautiful scenes like this around every corner. It's breath taking. Like golden leaves snowed from the sky while we slept.
